Management - Phani Bhushan is the co-founder and the Managing director of the Viaedge Software Technologies (I) Pvt. Ltd, a Business Intelligence Consulting company. Prior to this, he handled key project management responsibilities at the prestigious and the world’s largest Refinery Project of Reliance in Gujarat. Subsequently switching over to IT sector, he was instrumental in Acquisition of a start-up IT Company with SLM Soft, one of the largest banking software companies in Canada. At SLM Soft, he led a team of about 50 IT and software professionals to carry out the prestigious and challenging responsibility of modernizing the existing operational system by process automation and process integration at over 200 branches of Caisse d’Epargne et des Chèques Postaux (CECP), the largest banking organization of Ivory Coast.
At Viaedge, he is responsible for business development and relationship management with his ever increasing client base in the areas of Data Centre and Business Intelligence solutions. Through his primary experience in construction and IT industry, he has grown over the years to be a serial entrepreneur setting up Construction Tiger, a company providing Construction Process Outsourcing (CPO) solutions and Etehsil, a company engaged in aggregation of digital land record database of the Government. He belongs to the rare breed of entrepreneurial adrenaline freaks who believes in utilizing the tactical advantages of earlier ventures rather than letting it go waste, with his latest venture being M-Switch, a company engaged in developing a Mobile banking Authentication switch enabling inter-banking money transfer through mobile phones . With his proven business acumen and emerging technology expertise, Phani leads a world-class professional team that addresses the needs and problems of Viaedge’s fast expanding client base. Phani is a self confident and extravagant businessman having seen the ups and downs of a business, yet retaining his insatiable hunger for taking the risk of walking the unfamiliar and unexplored territories. His interests include real estate, entertainment, gaming, and sports. The multifaceted Phani holds a bachelor degree in Civil engineering from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kharagpur in India. . - Gopal K Pradhan is the co-founder and CEO of the Viaedge Software Technologies (I) Pvt. Ltd .Gopal’s strong technical knowledge and experience started during his engineering days when he created and implemented his university’s Wide Area Network connecting six colleges. After completing his engineering degree from one of the India’s premier institutions, Gopal joined Qualcomm Inc to help them set up a CDMA prototype of 2000 lines for MTNL. The project was successful and MTNL launched CDMA services in2001.
His entrepreneurial skills and experience in networking technologies saw him start Design Expo Network Pvt. Ltd (DE) in early 1998 along with few other like minded individuals. As technology head, Gopal charted the technology road map for DE, helped significantly in Business Development, and managed several large projects like Messaging platform of 10M users for Times Internet Limited. DE was acquired in August 2001 by a global banking solutions provider, SLMsoft Inc, a publicly traded company on Toronto Stock Exchange. Gopal helped SLMsoft move its banking products to emerging Java technology platform and was involved in design and implementation for CECP, a leading bank in West Africa. - Srikant Misra, Chief operating Officer (COO) of Viaedge brings with him a rich international exposure by virtue of working at various companies in Canada. He has helped Viaedge in delivering many large and complex projects in time. His knows resources capabilities better than resource himself which helps him allocating right resource on right project. Srikant holds an Bachelor degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from OUAT and Masters in Computer Science from Brock University, Canada.
